Unable to initialize remote proxy for extension?

Hi

Having trouble with using Pages on my iPad 10”5. I am using iOS 11.1. NOS when I try to start Pages it shows a blank page. Sometimes it works, and when I want to return to my documents (in the cloud) I get the following error message:

’Unable to initialize remote proxy for extension. The connection was interrupted’

On my iPhone it works fine. And on my iPad numbers works fine to....

Already deinstalled and installed Pages. But without any result..

Does any on has an idea?

I’m having the same issue when I try to add attachments to an email. I’ve tried to power it on and off, hard reset, messed around with the settings and the apps... nothing is working. It appears that there are several users havin

g this same problem. I’m on an iPhone 6s.

Try a forced restart.

Thanks for your reply. I’m opening a Pages document (trough Files) and in Pages (with the document open) I want to go back to all my documents in the cloud (clicking on the option ‘Documents’ in the Pages application itself)

I have the very same problem with Numbers and nothing is working: hard reboot, app reinstall or iPhone reset.

The most curious about it is that Pages and Keynote work just fine, and Numbers is also OK on my iPad, MacBook and web app. The sole bug is on Numbers on iPhone. Looks like some sort of malware...

I have the same problem. Resets and reloads do not work. I don’t get the error message anymore, but still get the blank (white) page. I do see the Pages app flash open for an instant, but then just a blank white display. Frustrating. (This occurred when I selected iCloud or Dropbox location from a menu on the left to see what was saved. When I tried to get back to my file list, the screen sent white and havent been able to recover.)

What is also interesting, as I type this I keep,getting the red banner saying “content could not be saved, click to refresh”. When I click to refresh, I get the same unable to initialize remote proxy error.
