Im hoping this is a quick fix. I have a Brother MFC 8910 Wireless printer in the office. When I print files from the macs in the office I get an out of memory error everytime. When I printer from the Windows based PCs, there isn't a problem. I assume its the size of the file created on the macbook, is there a trick to minimizing or shrinking the file size?

That is a postscript-clone printer. It should not have trouble printing most documents, as its standard memory is 64MB. (I occasionally have a problem printing complex postscript documents on my LaserWriter 4/600 which has 2MB RAM.) The specs say there is a memory expansion slot in the printer.
I think the most likely problem is not using the most current Driver software. Here is a page with Drivers. it also contains a firmware update for the printer itself, if needed. Check instructions carefully -- firmware updates sometimes have to be installed with a USB-cable.
