Black Bars over text in Finder

I am consistently getting black bars over the text in my finder windows, and it's driving me crazy!

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue, and if there is a solution. This started happening as soon as I installed Sierra on my Mac Pro Trashcan. Strangely, it only happens on one of my monitors (secondary monitor). I've rebooted but it persists. The color of the bars that cover the text seem to be based on the color of the background image or color I'm using. If the background is black, the bars are black, if the background is an image with a lot of red, then the bars are red. Below is a pic of what I'm dealing with. Any advice would be appreciated.
