Does anyone have any idea where to download drivers for Konica Minolta MagicColor 2300W?

There are no OS X drivers for that printer.

That printer uses the m2300w drivers. There is a PPC package of these drivers available on the developer's site that I put together some time ago. These will also work on an Intel Mac.

Also, I have a universal binary package for these drivers available from my website. This universal binary package is in its final testing phase. It has worked for all who have tried it.

You will also need to install ESP Ghostscript and Foomatic-RIP in order to use these drivers.
