Can you upload a screenshot here? If the spots appear in your screenshot, it is an issue with the device hardware. If they do not show on the photo, but just on the screen, it is a screen issue. Your best bet is to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store to have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your options after that.
Can someone please explain why my almost brand new iPhone 7 Plus has two small dime sized green/ pink tinted spots on the top of the screen!?!?!?

It doesn’t show up on a screenshot but I don’t understand how anything happened to my screen I have no cracks or any physical damage and I have had my phone in a lifeproof waterproof case along with the water resistance of the phone and worst it’s gotten wet is being dropped in a puddle for less than 10 seconds
Just because you don't understand, does not mean something didn't happen, or that the LCD has failed. The only way to diagnose it is to have Apple examine the device. Make the appointment as indicated earlier.
My screen has little colored spots on the top of the display, no water damage and no cracks just these little tinted green spots under the glass
