Phantom watch alarm

Every morning at 7:15am I get a watch alarm notification on my series-3 watch and I have no idea where it's coming from. I don't have an alarm set on my phone or watch for that time. There's nothing in my calendar. I have no reminders. In fact, I don't actually get an alarm like I get for my real alarms, I just get a pop-up notification for the alarm. Does anyone else have this and, if so, where on earth is it coming from so I can stop the stupid thing?

I have the same problem with 2 alarms. Mine are named, so I know what they are and that they were deleted over a year ago. No sign of them anywhere. I had Siri delete all alarms; it made no difference. But you're right, they don't look or behave like alarms; more like calendar notifications although it says Alarm.

This just started after pairing with my iPhone X on Friday. I updated to 4.1 on Sunday, but pretty certain that I got alarms on Saturday under OS 4.0. Watch OS was up to date when paired with iPhone 7 previously and didn't have this problem. Apple Watch series 0
