Has your credit card been charged? Did you receive an e-mail receipt? Have you tried logging out of iCloud and back in?

If necessary contact iCloud Support. You may have to try twice.

Yes i was charged with my credit card. Got the email receipt as well. Restarted my phone but nothing happens.
