Has the MacBook Air size changed over the years?

I traded in my iPad Air 2 for a 13 inch mid-2013 MacBook Air.

I want to get a Thule Bumper: https://www.thule.com/en-us/us/computer-phone-cases/laptop-cases/thule-vectros-m acbook-air-bumper-13-_-tl_tvbe-3151-black .

I sent an e-mail to Thule asking if the size of the MacBook Air has changed over the years. The reply was "yes" it has. Has it? Would a 13 inch mid-2013 MacBook Air fit in a 2017 Thule Bumper? Best Buy is the only place that sells Thule & they don't even keep them in stock! I'd have to order one. Worst case scenario is that the laptop wouldn't fit & I'd have to return the Bumper to Best Buy.
