Turning off “urgent”

Is there a way to turn OFF the “reply urgent” response people get that allows them to break through Do No Disturb while driving? I prefer a call (which my auto response states), but then that lovely “urgent” message gets delivered too. IOS 11.0.1 iphone 7plus
