Issue with my iPhone Apple ID
How I reproduce it:
iPhone 6s, iOS 11.0.3
Are you still having problems with this as I’m getting the same error and have been for a few days now.
Wondered if you had managed to resolve or had an update from Apple.
I solved the problem.
1. enter 'App Store' app.
2. try to log-in with your ID which is called X at the App Store app.
3. You can see a different Apple ID in the App Store id section after the 'could not sign in'. I will call the ID as Y.
4. press home button.
5. enter 'settings'-'iTunes and App store'.
6. log in with Y id and Y password at the Apple ID. You have to know the Y password.
7. tap Apple ID and logout.
8. log in with X id and X password at the Apple ID.
It works for me.
I contacted Apple and at the end we understood it was a conflict between several Apple IDs I was using.
We couldn't solve it and I reset my Phone to factory settings.
It worked.
A bit annoying because I needed to store all my data somewhere and iCloud was full so I couldnt store it there.
But it worked

After months trying to find solutions for this issue, finally i can solve it by following your guidance.
