Keyboard/Trackpad Scratches on Screen

Hi, I have a small Dust Particle under my Screen on my new MacBook Pro 2017 15' with Touch Bar and I have noticed a lot of scratch marks that seem to look like it was from the Dust, I talked to a Apple Employee and got some of the things solved but I don't have a Apple Store near me so I need help to confirm if my screen was scratched by the Dust or is it my problem, I clean my screen every week and I have nothing between the Screen and the Keyboard, the scratch marks have the outline of my keyboard and trackpad. I am pretty sure that the MacBook scratched itself, I am concerned about this problem because I paid over $3000 on this Apple Product and not too satisfied with this problem. I have only used this MacBook for 3.5 months and would love some help to see if the warranty will cover this and some stores that will have the parts for my MacBook Pro 2017 15' (Touch Bar) A link of the same problem someone had 5 years ago...
