MacBook wrist rash?

Shortly after working Macbook Pro Continuously, I developed a burning rash with small deep seated blisters on my wrist/ Palm of hand. It got very itchy and painful, I had it biopsied and test returned as dyshidrosis. a rare form of eczema, with a high number of allergy cells present. My derm and doctor both thought it could be a metal allergy. I discontinued use of my MacBook and it cleared within a week. I started using an external keyboard and mouse to avoid it. I had to travel and forgot my external keyboard. The rash started forming the same day I began resting my wrist on the MacBook again. I regularly wipe my MacBook with alcohol and of course haven't changed any soaps etc. it seems isolated to the MacBook use. Any ideas?
