can't add to cart items

There are several web sites I can't add items to shopping cart. I also can't log in or check my shopping cart list. I contacted one of the web sites (www.asos.com) but they can't help because they don't seem to face any problems with the web site performance.

I also talked to apple support on twitter, but they can't help

Please help if anyone had the same problem
