How do I get " iPhone language " on my iPhone 4s running iOS 9.3.5 All icon and messages texts are still in English. In Settings > Gereral > Keyboard > keyboards it shows Latvian.
According to Apple website, iPhone 4s should support Latvian.
I tried to " ad new keyboard " but Latvia is not listed. Anyone knows where or how to download a new language ?

It is standard practice on iOS screen keyboards that you Press and Hold the keys to get the special characters needed for languages like Latvian. An accent menu will appear and you choose the one you need.
If you are talking about the user interface (menus and dialogues), iOS has never supported Latvian. Do you have a url for the Apple website you are referring to?

iOS does have a Latvian keyboard. Are you not able to choose that with the "globe" key and type Latvian text?
There is no way to add user interface languages. But 3rd party keyboards are available from the app store.

Text on spacebar and enter key changes to Latvian - thats all, the rest of the keyboard is not Latvian but English.
