Where is my music

The other day I was listening to music and I notice a few songs were missing. I’ve tried downloading it again but it says that I haven’t bought it. And if I go look it says I got a refund I didn’t ask for. I never got any money back

I understand that you are missing some songs and when you try to download them again, you are getting a message that they haven't been purchased. It also indicates that you received a refund, but you didn't ask for a refund nor did you receive one. Since this is an account related issue, I would recommend going to this link: iTunes Support and provide a full description of the issue.
