How to divide in Numbers? I need to calculate percentages. When I enter the / it comes up as plus sign and adds.

That looks like a plus sign but if you look closely you'll see it's actually the division symbol, just like the one you would see on calculators. Just carry on as you normally would and you should see the results you expect.
