Apple map keeps saying directions Not available

I reside in Lagos Nigeria and have a couple of friends that use the Apple map successively in Lagos. But when it comes to my turn the map keeps saying direction not available. I’ve updated my iOS to 11.02

I have deleted the map app and reinstalled it

I have hit the power and home button

I have restarted the apps

Location setting is set

Privacy is set

Please help me out here

Same problem with Bigcil2, none of these are working with me
