How do I add a mail box button on the bar just below the tool bar in Mail. I have a button for mailboxes, which toggle he sidebar, but I am missing buttons for Flagged, Sent, etc.

Click and hold on the desired mailbox, then drag it to where you want it. When you see the green plus sign, release the mailbox.
You are welcome. If you mean remove it from the area below the menu bar, click and hold, then drag it until you see an X. Then release. I just tested that before posting and it didn't affect the mailbox in the sidebar.
