My phone calls keep ending after 2 hours and 8 minutes. How do I change that?

Does this happen on all calls or only on calls to certain numbers?

Check with your carrier and see if that is a policy. Some carriers disconnect calls after a certain period to limit unintended charges for accidentally dialed numbers.
