I am unable download any app on my iPad even its free app. It says some error in last purchase and ask to update billing info but unable to update or delete payment info

What's really going on with this apple ********!... I paid too much money for ********,I purchase almost $30 worth of music on my iTunes and I can't get on my iTunes music because it's saying something about billing/ credit card information before I can do anything on here,..what kind of **** it this!

so what's going on,.. Are y'all scamming the poor,I think y'all people's is taking avenge of the poor,... I just only want my music I purchase on here without the extra ******** y'all trying to pull!.... I need to talk to the head Apples personel,..this is a bunch of bull crap!!!!!!

You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these user forums and not iTunes Support nor Apple, nobody on here is scamming anybody.

If you actually want help, what is the exact text of the message/prompt that you are getting ?

The person knows that no reall Apple support that's why it says communities. She's asking questions. I'm face with the same problem actually a lot of people are . And she's venting so be gentle with her King Pen ❤ We are not all savvy as your are my dearest!

Why can't you updated your payment details, what happens ? If you are getting a 'problem with a previous purchase' message you won't be able to download anything as you owe iTunes money
