Pretty sure he's asking about the portrait mode for a selfie, which is only available on 8 Plus and X.

Portrait mode uses 2 cameras. The rear side has 2 cameras, but the front side does not. So it is not possible to have portrait mode for the selfie camera.

It is not included in 7 Plus. You'll need to ask Apple if it can be included, but it's not very likely. Just like when you buy a car and a couple model years later, they increase features/options/horsepower, if those new options are important to you, you buy the newer car.

We can't possibly answer this. You need to contact Apple directly. It's EXTREMELY unlikely as I truly doubt you'll get this for your iPhone 7. If it's important to you, you likely should upgrade your phone to the 8+ or X.

It's there already. Has been there since the 7 Plus was released. If you are in a low light situation and take a selfie the screen will light when you take the picture. Or did you mean something different?
