New iOs 11 and map problem

I updated iPhone 7 new iOS 11. When updated was done Apple map doesn't locate phone at the right place. When using navigator it won't start. It only shows your place where you started navigation. Nothing more. Date and time and timezone is correct. Location service is on. Nothing helps. Map software is useles.

Hi jpkukkonen,

I understand from your post since updating to iOS 11 the Map app is not working properly.
I see you have done some troubleshooting steps already. The next step would be to report the issue to Apple. Take a look at this article for reporting an issue: Get help with Maps

Apple doesnt seem to have any response.

I chatted with a support agent who said it seems like a bug (possibly with the new DND mode), but he was unable to assist any further or forward me along to anyone else.

Let's just say this is terribly frustrating.....
