Ever since I updated my Series 1 watch to Watch OS4 I no longer get alarm or timer notifications on my watch.
I have my iPhone 7 Plus updated to the latest iOS version (iOS 11.0.3) as well.

For built-in apps, you can customize the notifications on your Apple Watch:
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Notifications.
- Tap an app. If you want the app's notification settings to mirror settings on your iPhone, tap Mirror my iPhone. If you want to use different notification settings just for your Apple Watch, tap Custom.

I once again paired my watch and now it seems to work again.

Thank you for suppliying these steps.
However, in the Apple Watch-app on my iPhone I have the "Push iPhone-notifications" turned on in my clock app.
My Whatsapp or messages for instance work fine on my watch. As well as other apps. For now I only miss the notifications for alarms and timers set on my iPhone.
