ITunes account

Had an email about a purchase on ITunes from Official-Apple-Support <info@angeliquepanagos.com>, can I assume this is a Scam? I haven't bought anything from ITunes!

My wifes email was correct on the email, but does this mean the Account has been hacked?

It's a phishing email, it's not from iTunes - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.

No, it just means that the email address is on a phishing email list.
