When I am using Sierra, Cover Flow is used often by me. But now, I upgraded to High Sierra and I can't use cover flow when i am looking all my documents in any Folder. It is not going next page when it is in Cover Flow mode, there is no arrow (next and previous arrow) on the document. Do you know anything about this issue?

FWIW, if you choose "Show Preview" from the Finder View menu while in Cover Flow, the navigation arrows will show when you hover over the PDF in the preview pane.

Sorry. I misunderstood your question. The navigation arrows to view pages in a PDF are available in Column mode but apparently not Cover Flow. I never use Cover Flow so I don't know when the feature may have changed.
Cover Flow was removed from Open and Save dialog windows. It still works in the Finder, or should.
Under Sierra (and earlier) cover flow view gave a large preview of a pdf with arrow navigation enabling you to preview the pages. This seems to be broken after the High Sierra upgrade. The pdf previews p1 ok but the preview vanishes when you hover over it and there is no page navigation possible. It is a problem in the Finder.
I have this problem also - I'm beginning to hate Apple for what they are doing. The new way of viewing pages of a pdf with arrows on the document preview at the side is pathetic. What happened to keeping things simple? How is that an improvement on what we had before? Come back Steve Jobs!!!

But this is very annoying, I prefered the version before to have access directly on the arrows with Cover Flow.
Apple keeps changing useful stuff and adding useless options...
