Disable (FMI) on the device if you forgot everything

what if the phone was bought 4 years ago, in one cellular operator, but now the apple id was forgotten. they can not help in the recovery of the check because the information is obsolete in their database, there are screenshots of correspondence with support, how to remove the function to find my iPhone from the phone now?

As I said, the operator or where he bought the device has nothing to do with it. You can only remove Find My iPhone by using the iCloud ID and password. He is going to have to recover that. If he cannot remember something to start with, he will need to contact Apple Security, Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support or he will need to take the device, his identification, and the original receipt to a physical Apple Store and ask for help. Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

The carrier is not the one that you work with to remove Find My iPhone. If you are the original owner of the phone and you cannot remember your Apple ID and password, then you need to recover that information from Apple. Go to https://iforgot.apple.com

That is where you start.
