Hello i had an i cloud storage issues and couldn’t back up my phone so i bought storage for 0.99$ on the 10 th of October the amount was deducted from my account but i didn t find the storAge don t know why

It doesn t allowed me to back up the phone to i cloud ? They arr still keep telling me that you don t have enough i cloud storage to back up your phone and once i check the i cloud storage it is still 5 gb and I bought 50gb that what i m talking about
