Merge calendars: iPhone and Outlook App

Is there an easy way to merge my iPhone calendar and calendars in the outlook app? My office doesn’t allow me to put iTunes on their PC. And I have to use the Outlook App d/t multi factor sign on. I don’t want to use a third party app—but if it’s my only option, I need some recommendations.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I understand you'd like to sync your calendar with Outlook, and I have some information that may help.

If your employer will allow you to install it, you can sync your Calendar to iCloud and then use the iCloud for Windows app to sync it with Outlook. Have a look at the articles below for some helpful information.
