Kilojoules to calories
Somehow I changed the measurement of my indoor cycle part of my workout to Kilojoules from calories. How do I change it back to calories?

Follow these steps:
On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to: Health Data (tab) > Activity > Active Energy > Unit > select Calories.
Or change the unit directly on your Apple Watch:
- Open the Workout app > tap on the three dots within the box for the Indoor Cycle activity type > tap on kilojoules > press firmly on the screen > tap on calories > go back to the list of workout types by tapping twice at the upper-left of the screen.
