Did not receive Proof of Coverage for Apple Watch

I have purchased an Apple Watch on Sunday, 13 Oct 2017. As my local retailer store did not recommend to purchase the Apple Care + and their service on that day was disappointing, i had to purchased it online as i always did for some of my apple products.


Initially i receive an email that i have to wait 24 to 48 hours, but it has been more than 4 days and i have not received the proof of coverage.


And it still show the information as below.User uploaded file

As i have been an Apple fan for some time now, the process shouldn't have taken so long.

Have tried contacted Apple Support by phone and was told that it will be send to me soon.

Have tried through chat but they keep diverting me to another advisor and the chat keeps disconnecting.
