It may help to check that a workout session is not still paused or in progress within the Nike+ Run Club app on your Apple Watch.
Health and Activity data can also be deleted via the Health app on your iPhone. For example:
- Go to: Health Data (tab) > Activity > Workouts > Show All Data > swipe left on an entry to remove it.
- Go to: Health Data > Activity > (for example) Active Energy > Show All Data > swipe left on a day to remove all data for that day or tap on the day to view and, if desired, edit all or selected data points.
