how do I transfer my watch to wear on left hand to from right hand

To change the configuration of your Apple Watch:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Watch Orientation > choose the preferred wrist and side for the buttons.

To also change the band components to the opposite sides of the case, if desired:
