Water behind MacBook Pro screen

My MacBook Pro recently got in touch with water because of a water bottle that spit out in my bag.

I don't think there is any internal damage since it's still working perfectly fine. Keybord and touchbar are both responding and I don't think there's any internal damage. At least that's what I assume for the little time I had my Mac turned on after my misadventure.

The only huge problem I can tell is that water got behind my screen as you can see on the picture. What should I do to get rid of it?

Thanks for your help!
