I have an Ipad and an Iphone
I updated my Iphone, but I didn't like the new ios, so I decided not to update my Ipad.
But it keeps downloading the update.
Is it posible to disable the automatic download of the update, once I will not install it on my Ipad?

Sorry, no. Apple's work flow is based on the presumption that everyone wants to update as soon as possible. The only way to keep it from downloading would be to fill up your device's memory so it can't.
Some people do go as far as to block apple's servers from communicating with their home network. You can google that if you want.
Those are the drawbacks of Apple.
