Logic Pro X Export All Tracks Missing Files

Hey! So I've had some trouble with the "Export All Tracks As Audio Files" for a while. It seems to export a random selection of the tracks, but never all the tracks. I've tried marking all the tracks and exporting selected tracks. I've tried all different options and the result is always completely random. For instance I exported a project with 78 tracks and the first time I did it, 45 tracks were exported. The second time I tried with the exact same settings, only 2 tracks were exported. I know my logic pretty well, but this just doesn't make sense to me. Anyone who have had the same experience? Any solutions?
