I recently update my MacBook Pro 13" with TouchBar 2017 model to Mac OS High Sierra, Now I feel my laptop battery is draining faster. Battery life is less that half of previously. Can anybody help me how to fix that issue?

First try resetting SMC as kaz-k suggested. It may be all that is needed.
If it doesn’t fix it:
1) Open Activity Monitor and see what applications and processes are using a lot of energy
2) Run Etrecheck and post its report here so we can look for possible software issues.
Looking at that report you seem to have a lot of adware/ malicious software. I would download Malwarebytes and check your system with that.
The problem as far as I can guess is one particular process which is using a lot of cpu. It’s called xmemapp and a search of google indicates it’s a bitcoin mining malware, meaning it’s using your cpu to mine bitcoins. As the cpu usage is very high it’s not surprising it’s affecting the battery.
I suspect once you get rid of that it will go back to normal again.
Resetting SMC could solve the problem.
