How can I retrieve deleted messages?

How can I retrieve deleted text messages from 3 days ago & deleted pictures which have been deleted from the deleted items?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.0.1

Hello rachyela,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you want to retrieve some deleted text messages and pictures on your iPhone. To do this, you would need to restore a recent backup of your iPhone. Because this will remove your current data, make sure to make a current backup before applying the recent backup to retrieve this deleted data.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
