I am planning to buy MQD32HN/A, is it recommended to buy this through PAYTM.
Can we upgrade hard disk for this to 512gb?

Yes, the MacBook Air can be upgraded to 512GBs of storage at time of sale. You have to buy it that way. It cannot be upgraded after you've bought it: Customize MacBook Air - Apple
Apple will not accept PAYTM; you'd have to check with whatever seller you want to buy from to see if they accept it.
