Trying to watch Star Wars Rebels new episodes but I keep getting an error message about checking parental controls. The apple TV restrictions are turned off but still cannot get it to play. I tried turning restrictions on and setting TV to "No". Will still not play. Tried logging out of XD and logging in again through the TV provider and still will not play. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. First, the message is misleading. It just means you're not authorized to view the content. That means there's some problem between your provider and Disney. See this link: Re: Apple TV Disney XD App Error.
