Any such popup message will always be a scam. Hopefully you didn't permit them to remotely access your computer. Further, hopefully you didn't divulge any personal or financial information.
First step would be to contact your bank and tell them of the fraud. It is impossible to know what the intruders may have done while they had access to your computer, but you should consider it, and info stored on it as compropmised. If possible restore it using a backup that predates the intrusion by the criminals. Change all passwords that may have ever been stored on your computer

OMG!!!! I’ve granted them remote access for abt an hour+ & given them my credit card details & my email & password. What do i do now??? Please helpppp
