My iPhone 8 home screen froze.

I could not shut down my phone and it is a big problem. I can log onto my phone and acces Siri but I can not shut down my phone. I am using an iPhone 8 and i got it last Saturday.

User uploaded file I have iOS 11.03 and it happened before this incedent.
