iTunes Crashes Intermittently When Opening History/Up Next Menu

Hi folks,

Over the last couple of weeks, iTunes crashes intermittently when I go to open the History/Up Next/Lyrics menu. It's really annoying because I use playlists a lot and delete from them a lot using that menu. I've been doing it this way for a number of years and have never run into this before. I tried clearing the cache and the app state directories. Any other ideas?
