Moved from an iPhone 5 to a refurbished iPhone 6s. Setup on the 6s has gone well, no problems, and I'm enjoying a more up-to-date phone. Trying to setup Wallet for the first time, but when I click on the "Add credit or Debit Card" link I get a popup that says "Could Not Add Card" with instructions to try later or contact the card issuer. They haven't even seen my card yet, or asked the info, so I don't think it is the card.

Tried it both ways, but no problem. After posting this question the problem suddenly disappeared. Perhaps Apple read it and "flipped a switch" in Cupertino to give me access to the feature. 😁

Are you trying to add it through the App or are you going to settings>wallet and trying to add it there?
Last night I suddenly was able to proceed in setting up credit cards in Wallet. Thanks to all who attempted to help me. I appreciate it!
