brother pocketjet 663 bluetooth printer install

I am running macOS 10.13

I have a brother pocketjet 663 bluetooth thermal printer i am trying to install.

I have downloaded and installed all the updated drivers from brother.

The bluetooth pics up the printer and then tells me to finish install in printer and scanner settings, when trying to add the printer, it is not recognized, even when connected by usb.

How do I get this thing to connect and show up in my printers list?

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13)

I know it's important to be able to use your printer and other accessories with your Mac and I'd like to help. Actually had to go to the “library”, then “printers” folder and delete everything in that folder. Restarted the Mac, powered on the pocketjet 663, and connected the usb. The printer installed with no problem. Mac OS 10.13 does not support the Bluetooth for the printer, that is on Brothers end in there software. Just have to use it with usb.
