IOS 11 Apple ID payment method issues!

Hello I have an iPhone 6s plus with the IOS 11 update, I have searched the web everywhere for an answer to my problems no lucky! When I go to use my iTunes and purchase a free app it tells me to update my payment information. I know theres an option to select NONE, but my device isn't allowing me to either select that option or is it even one. I have tried updating my payment method with a different card and my device will not expect it, I would really like to be able to download apps without a card on file especially since they are free apps. Please HELP!!!

Since my update to iOS 11, I’m having trouble using iTunes Store and AppStore. It’s not recognizing my PayPal account even though it’s what I’ve been using for years now to do purchases I iTunes and AppStore.

I’ve been having trouble with the payment method too. I needed to change the Country/Region of my Apple ID but for some reason it wasn’t letting me to select my payment method. I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible because it’s bothering me a lot

I was able to fix my problem now. I looked for it in YouTube. Look for CNET and there’s an instructional video there on how to use PayPal in the iOS AppStore. Maybe it will help you too.
