How do I track my sleep with my apple watch

I bought my apple series 3 watch to track my sleep but I don’t see how to...my Fitbit use to do this...

The built-in apps on Apple Watch (any model) do not currently include sleep tracking features.


Various third-party apps offer sleep tracking features, some requiring a third-party accessory.


Examples of apps and accessories that you may wish to consider include:
