Sign into your iCloud account and enable 'Mail'
I was already signed in to iCloud with all of the options activated/selected, including Mail. So, I am sorry to say, your answer was not helpful.
When I click on the + sign next to iCloud in Mail to display the mailboxes, I can see the "missing" mailboxes within iCloud; I just cannot get any of them to display in the left most column under the standard mailboxes.
I did not have this problem until after I quit and restarted Mail. Someway, somehow, Mail lost its way and I have not been able to restore the full display???!!!!
I thank you for trying to be helpful.
Yes, your post was rather short on information, I was merely aiming to prompt more with my last post. I'm still not entirely clear though.

Where exactly is all this stuff?
As I returned to Mail this morning, all of the iCloud mailboxes were restored. It would appear that it took some extra time to download them. So, your original answer was probably correct and I just needed to wait longer for the mailboxes to materialize. Thanks again.
