Hi

It is not possible to install Twitter to your Apple Watch, as Twitter does not currently offer an app for it:

Twitter on the App Store

However, you can still configure your Apple Watch to receive Twitter notifications:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Notifications > scroll down and turn on the setting for Twitter.

Keep in mind that how notifications behave depends on the status of your devices and your settings. With Wrist Detection enabled, in order to bring notifications to your attention as soon as possible:

  • If your iPhone is unlocked, then you will receive notification alerts on your iPhone instead of on your Apple Watch.
  • If your iPhone is locked or asleep and your Apple Watch is unlocked (regardless of whether the watch display is asleep or awake) and on your wrist, you will receive notification alerts on your watch.
  • If your Apple Watch is locked or has Do Not Disturb enabled, then notifications will go to your iPhone.

Twitter removed their iW app when the iW3 was released.

I was very frustrated because I bought an iW3 cellular in part so I can keep up with Twitter when away from m iP.

I have campaigned on Twitter and sent messages to their support but their official response is that users only wanted messages and not their timelines. Obviously they did not ask me because I rarely use DMs but monitor the timeline constantly.
