Most of my Health data has disappeared

Why is this happening? Anyone Else having the same problem?

Hello, Here are a couple things you might check. Open Settings, tap on your name at the top, select iCloud, then scroll down to the Health app, and make sure it is turned on. You might also force quit the app. Open the Health app, then double click on you home button, and push the app up off the screen. Next open the Health app again, and select Health Data at the bottom of the screen.
