Why am I having problems with cellular connectivity on my Apple Watch

I am a Verizon wireless customer, my Apple watch 3 has been having connectivity issues. Are there any updates coming for Verizon customers? Has this issues been addressed.

I suggest that, in the first instance, you contact Verizon for assistance with your issue.


If you are concerned about a potential hardware issue, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support (remote diagnostics and/or mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:
